If so, which regulations and for what parts of your project (including their impact on the pace of the building and construction work)?
We will reconfigure existing plans (where needed) or design brand new technical drawings and interior design concept as per your ‘brief’ and ‘desired outcome’ of your project.
With a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner Project Manager in our design team, we will coordinate and integrate other specialists and consultants on your behalf to ensure your project is delivered to the expected professional standards from project ‘initiation’ to ‘post completion’.
We will act as estate management agents for your completed properties; sourcing tenants and/or buyers to ensure that you receive the expected return on your investment.
