As part of our core business, we offer a full service package for real estate development and management to our core African market - CAMEROON;

We will take full charge of acquiring organic land or land with ‘unsuccessful’ building projects and the land title, enabling you to embark on your project free of this hassle.

We will provide you with specific information to help you comply with the local Building Regulations of your project and by so doing eliminate key issues about your project, such as, 1. Is your ‘brief’ feasible? 2. What ‘planning permissions’ (if any) do you require and for what part(s) of your project? 3. Do you have to comply with ‘building regulations’? If so, which regulations and for what parts of your project (including their impact on the pace of the building and construction work)?

We will reconfigure existing plans (where needed) or design brand new technical drawings and interior design concept as per your ‘brief’ and ‘desired outcome’ of your project.

With a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner Project Manager in our design team, we will coordinate and integrate other specialists and consultants on your behalf to ensure your project is delivered to the expected professional standards from project ‘initiation’ to ‘post completion’.

We will act as estate management agents for your completed properties; sourcing tenants and/or buyers to ensure that you receive the expected return on your investment.
